The Company is in search of a Head of E-Commerce to take on a pivotal role in leading direct-to-consumer online sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the e-commerce P&L, with a focus on meeting and exceeding DTC goals and objectives. This includes the development of a top-tier customer experience through data-driven analytics, site navigation, content development, and the checkout funnel. The role also involves cross-functional partnership with inventory, marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure the alignment of e-commerce initiatives with company-wide objectives.
