The role involves redefining the teaching, study, and practice of nutrition and lifestyle medicine, with a focus on preparing future healthcare providers to understand the impact of food and lifestyle on disease prevention and treatment. The Executive Director will also be tasked with advancing discoveries in the field, enhancing patient care through personalized approaches, and engaging communities to promote behavior change, improve food access, and health equity.
