Lead and manage commercial construction projects ranging from $500K to $100M from mobilization through closeout

Drive master project schedules, with a strong emphasis on detailed planning and schedule optimization using MS Project

Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure schedule, quality, and safety compliance

Enforce site safety programs and maintain a clean, organized, and productive jobsite

Partner with Project Managers to control costs, manage change orders, and mitigate risk

Conduct daily site meetings, weekly subcontractor meetings, and progress updates

Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure accurate execution

Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Profile

10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction

Proven experience delivering ground-up and TI projects up to $100M

Advanced master scheduling experience; MS Project strongly preferred

Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and manage large field teams

Deep understanding of means and methods, sequencing, and constructability

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with clients, ownership, and internal leadership

Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
