In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your own sales territory by developing relationships with new customers to drive business for our asphalt services. The Outside Sales Representative will be an ambassador of EverLine, adhering to our DRIVEN values. We are looking for a part-time sales rep that is available to work 1-3 days per week to assist with onsite information gathering for proposals, site assessments, and proposal creation./ppJob Responsibilities:/pulliPerform onsite assessments of pavement and asphalt maintenance services around the Chicagoland area./liliCapture onsite data inputs to generate proposals./liliCommunicate effectively with potential customers, providing superior customer service./liliCoordinate and communicate with management frequently to complete onsite visits and proposals./liliUtilize previous sales experience to create connections and generate leads./liliAdhere to company policies, procedures, and DRIVEN values to provide accurate representation of the Company./li/ulpCompensation will be an hourly wage PLUS commission on booked sales. This is a part-time role that is assumed to be 1-3 days a week, depending on proposal volume, someone with a flexible schedule will be a plus. Your own transportation will be required to perform onsite visits, but mileage will be reimbursed./ppQualifications and Education Requirements:/pulliMinimum 3 years experience in sales - preferably asphalt/maintenance sales./liliIn-depth knowledge on asphalt and related industries./liliA high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role; candidates with a diploma or a degree in related fields are considered an asset./liliExceptional verbal and written communication skills./liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently./liliExcellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations./liliAbility to problem solve effectively and anticipate customer reservations or inquiries./liliStrong work ethic with the drive to attain and exceed targets - experience with Hubspot and ZoomInfo a plus./li/ulpFlexible work from home options available./ppCompensation: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour/ppEverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and maintenance company.
