divh2Independent Sales Contractor/h2pEverLine San Diego is seeking an experienced independent sales contractor to support business development efforts for our commercial pavement maintenance services, including striping, sealcoating, and surface coatings./ppThis opportunity is designed for a self-directed outside sales professional with construction knowledge who prefers the flexibility and earning potential of a contractor-based role./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliIndependently generate and close new commercial accounts/liliTarget property managers, HOAs, facility managers, general contractors, and commercial property owners/liliConduct site walks, assessments, and in-person sales meetings/liliPresent EverLine San Diegos pavement maintenance solutions professionally/liliManage your own sales pipeline and follow-up process/liliCoordinate project handoff with EverLine operations after contract execution/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulli2+ years of outside or field sales experience/liliWorking knowledge of construction, asphalt, concrete, coatings, striping, or related trade preferred/liliStrong relationship-building and closing skills/liliAbility to work independently without direct supervision/liliValid drivers license and reliable transportation/li/ulh3Independent Contractor Structure/h3ulliThis is a 1099 independent contractor role, not employment/liliContractor controls schedule, sales methods, and prospecting approach/liliContractor may represent other companies or clients/liliContractor provides their own vehicle, phone, computer, and tools/liliContractor is responsible for all taxes, insurance, and business expenses/li/ulh3Compensation/h3ulliCommission paid on executed contracts/liliContractors invoice EverLine San Diego for commissions earned/liliNo salary, hourly pay, benefits, or guaranteed work/li/ulpCompensation: $100.00 - $1,000.00 per week/ppEverLine Coatings and Services is a premier line painting and maintenance company.
