In addition to technical responsibilities, this position also involves outside sales activities to expand our client base and promote our comprehensive fire and life safety solutions. With a strong commitment to quality service and fire safety, weve built a reputation for excellence in our industry./ph3Primary Responsibilities:/h3ulliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders./liliPresent and demonstrate fire and life safety solutions tailored to clients needs, highlighting benefits and value./liliDevelop strategic proposals with clear solutions, cost estimates, and timelines to drive informed decision-making./liliMeet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies that maximize revenue and business growth./liliConduct on-site assessments to ensure clients receive the best fire safety recommendations and ongoing service./liliStay informed on industry trends and regulations to provide expert consultations and maintain compliance./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliProven B2B sales experience, ideally in fire safety or the restaurant industry./liliStrong technical knowledge of fire safety systems, equipment, and industry regulations or ability to learn./liliDriven and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment./liliAdaptability in various work environments, including grease-heavy or rooftop settings./liliExcellent time management and attention to detail in inspections, reporting, and client communication./liliStrong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to clients./liliAbility to build and maintain industry networks, contributing positively to a team-oriented environment./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications:/h3ulliExperience in commercial facility services or related fields preferred, but not mandatory./liliRelevant certifications in fire and life safety or B2B sales./liliBachelors degree or proven professional experience./li/ulh3Physical Requirements:/h3ulliAbility to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops./liliPhysically fit, capable of lifting 40+ pounds and using A-frame ladders./li/ulpJoin us in paving the way for excellence in commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning services.
