Asset Protection: Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices and guidelines, environmental health and safety laws and regulations. Supports facility security staff. Monitors and maintains access control equipment. Employee Health and Safety: Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance safety and food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspection processes, emergency evacuations plans. Accesses organizational resources to address health and safety hazards. Supports implementation of relevant industry-specific and OSHA guidelines. Conducts audits and reviews; creates audit reports; acts as an interface for workers’ compensation issues; summons emergency services as necessary; maintains records of emergency response personnel. Partnership & Collaboration: Possesses knowledge of stakeholder identification, stakeholder communication, engagement techniques, and management effectiveness tools. Delivers project activity and tasks, supports process updates, solves simple business issues, demonstrates functional knowledge of the supported business unit/organization. Data and Digital Literacy: Gathers and interprets data in a digital environment; analyzes and creates reports; leverages technology for transactional activities; reviews data for completeness and quality; suggests automation opportunities (e.g., RPA, AI, cloud-based apps). EHS Training Delivery: Knowledge of training methodologies and content development; supports training programs; manages feedback; utilizes training lifecycles; maintains repositories of benchmarks and best practices; explains processes to contractors. Influential Communication: Knowledge of verbal/nonverbal communication, situational awareness, and relationship-building. Organizes thoughts, presents to teams, uses data to articulate results, actively listens, and builds professional networks. Process Improvement: Supports implementation of process improvement strategies; understands key processes; identifies gaps; participates in investigations and root cause analysis; leads incidents under supervision of leaders. Environmental Protection: Knowledge of environmental policies and regulations; demonstrates awareness of basic environmental regulations; implements Walmart environmental policies; contributes to targets and promotes environmental issues. Operational Excellence: Knowledge of SOPs, OBW processes, and organizational workflows. Explains operational functions, clarifies department roles, identifies interdependencies, and locates SOP/OBW information; lists common tasks across operations. Compliance & Ethics: Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; supports Open Door Policy; executes business processes with integrity. Actual rate may meet or exceed minimum wage; additional compensation premiums may apply depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications. 6 months experience as a Walmart associate OR 1 year of work experience or coursework in criminal justice, loss prevention/asset protection, safety, compliance, or security-related field (e.g., Military, Public Safety, Compliance, Criminal Justice).
