Draft and edit client‑ and sales‑facing materials, ensuring alignment with core product messaging
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business objectives and translate them into marketing strategies
Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
Create and update sales materials and enablement resources
Track campaign performance metrics and recommend optimizations based on data analysis
What is Required (Qualifications)
2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on business insurance or property & casualty
Strong execution skills in supporting and implementing marketing plans
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Ability to collect and organize data to support decision‑making
Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Previous experience in business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
