Responsibilities
Draft and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials, ensuring messaging aligns with core product positioning
Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, engaging key internal partners to gather business objectives and inputs
Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns in coordination with functional marketing teams
Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers for sales enablement
Track campaign KPIs, compile regular performance summaries, and recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on business insurance/property and casualty
Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
