In this role, you will manage key client accounts, ensuring their needs are met while fostering strong relationships. You will develop strategic plans to drive client growth, identify new opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. Regularly monitoring performance metrics, creating business reviews, collaborating with various stakeholders, and problem-solving are core components of the role. Responsibilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building and client management Proficiency in analyzing data, preparing reports, and using CRM tools Strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Team collaboration and project management skills Proven experience in key account management or client relationship management Ability to work on-site and manage multiple accounts effectively Educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
