Lead and manage strategic initiatives and special projects across investment, operations, and corporate functions Conduct research, data analysis, and market intelligence to support decision-making Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models to track project progress and performance metrics Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution and clear communication Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance processes Support leadership with high-priority ad-hoc analyses and presentations Monitor and report on project outcomes, risks, and opportunities Facilitate collaboration across teams to implement strategic priorities effectively Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Strategy, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) a plus Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Experience in strategy, project management, or operational improvement roles Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills suitable for executive-level communication Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau a plus High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments Strong interest in strategic planning, operational efficiency, and business growth About the Career Launch AI Talent Network
