Our practice covers a wide range of litigation areas, including civil, commercial, and complex litigation. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Paralegal to join our team. Position Overview

As a senior paralegal, you will be responsible for a variety of assignments, such as state and federal court filings, docketing, drafting pleadings and discovery, reviewing productions, preparing correspondence to clients and third-parties, word processing, and other paralegal support tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a high-volume caseload while supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. Annual Salary: $75,000+ depending on experience Qualifications

5+ year of experience; Familiar with project management strategies; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; High level of discretion and confidentiality; Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels; Ability to work in a team environment with a customer service focus; Thorough knowledge of PC applications, including MS Office. Advanced knowledge of legal software programs such as CLIO, Open Discovery, and TrialDirector. Key Responsibilities

Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case intake, discovery, trial preparation, and appeals Draft legal documents such as complaints, subpoenas, motions, and discovery requests/responses Manage document production, including organizing and analyzing large volumes of documents Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials Maintain litigation calendars and track important deadlines Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness lists Conduct legal research and gather relevant case materials File documents electronically with state and federal courts Experience

Civil Litigation: 5 years (Required) Appellate: 2 years (Preferred) Schedule
