Resolve inbound service calls regarding questions and issues related to loss drafts from borrowers, contractors, and insurance companies Accurately document call activity in the Loss Draft Tracking system Set up processing tasks such as property inspections and disbursement requests Utilize de-escalation skills to address upset callers and refer unresolved issues to appropriate team members Perform additional duties as required to support customer satisfaction Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalency Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data entry, call center, telemarketing, or related fields Basic understanding of insurance claims processing Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent phone etiquette Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications effectively Preferred Qualifications
