Archive completed work in a centralized database for future reference
What is Required (Qualifications)
Proven experience in designing clickable thumbnails for YouTube channels
Ability to identify and communicate design trends to enhance thumbnail style
Strong understanding of A/B/C testing for thumbnail and title combinations
Regular consumer of YouTube content, particularly in news, business, and non-fiction
Passion for exploring new and evolving trends on the YouTube platform
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with creator-led YouTube channels
Familiarity with video production processes and content creation strategies
