Local Business Outreach Coordinator (Part-Time)
– About Nice to Go Nice to Go is a members-only premium access platform connecting locals with standout local businesses. Our members pay a monthly fee to enjoy small, thoughtful perks and preferred treatment at carefully selected restaurants, services, entertainment, and family-friendly businesses. We are launching in South Florida and are currently expanding our partner network.
Role Overview We are looking for a reliable and friendly communicator to help us reach out to local businesses and book introductory meetings for our founder.
This is
not a sales role .
You will not be closing deals or negotiating terms.
Your main goal is to:
identify the correct decision-maker
send a short intro video
book meetings that actually take place
Responsibilities
Call local businesses during business hours
Identify the person responsible for marketing, partnerships, or collaborations
Collect and confirm correct contact information
Share a very short, high-level explanation of Nice to Go
Send a follow-up email with a short intro video
Follow up politely when appropriate
Book meetings for the founder
Track outreach status in a simple spreadsheet
Meeting Target
Our goal is to book
approximately 200 completed meetings
over time
Meetings must
actually take place
to qualify for bonus payment
Compensation
Hourly base pay:
$12–$15 per hour
Bonus:
$5 for each meeting that takes place
This role is best suited for someone comfortable with consistent outreach and high call volume.

Clear and friendly communication style
Organized and dependable
Able to follow scripts and guidelines
Professional, respectful tone
Experience with phone outreach, admin work, or customer communication is a plus, but not required.
