The KA Consulting Group is seeking a part-time, U.S.-based professional to support outbound relationship-building on LinkedIn. This role is responsible for sending strategic outreach messages on behalf of the firm to senior executives, founders, and operators, primarily to introduce insights, invite conversations, and secure meetings. This is not a sales role and does not involve running calls or closing deals. It is a credibility-first, positioning-driven outreach role designed to open doors and initiate high-quality conversations. Key Responsibilities

Send LinkedIn messages on behalf of The KA Consulting Group using firm-approved messaging Distribute select outreach materials, including insights presentations and CEO Parlour invitations Secure introductory meetings for KA leadership or designated team members Maintain professionalism, discretion, and consistency in all outbound communication Keep basic tracking of messages sent and meetings secured Collaborate with KA leadership to refine messaging and targeting as needed What This Role Is Not

Not responsible for taking or running meetings Not responsible for pitching, negotiating, or closing clients Not high-volume spam or automation-led outreach Requirements

Must be based in the United States Must present as credible and polished on LinkedIn (professional photo, clear experience) Willing to update LinkedIn profile with an approved The KA Consulting Group title Willing to post light, professional content or affiliation updates related to The KA Consulting Group Strong written communication and judgment Comfortable representing a high-end consulting firm with senior-level audiences Compensation Structure
