Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned financial institution (FI) partners, including branch teams and executives

Educate and train FI teams on the Genius® platform and Global Payments’ suite of solutions

Conduct consultative sales presentations and live product demonstrations to modernize merchant payments

Partner with FI branches to identify, qualify, and close new merchant accounts

Utilize Salesforce and Atlas CRM platforms to manage pipeline activity and maintain accurate client data

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time

Must reside within the geographic area of the job posting

Proven experience in relationship-driven, B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, payments, or financial services

Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)

Two or more years of relevant B2B, fintech, or financial services sales experience

Familiarity with banking, POS, or merchant services industries

High sense of urgency and self-motivation; comfortable working independently in the field
