What to Expect
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned financial institution (FI) partners
Educate and train FI teams on the Genius® platform and payment solutions
Conduct consultative sales presentations and live product demonstrations
Partner with FI branches to identify, qualify, and close new merchant accounts
Utilize CRM platforms to manage pipeline activity and track performance
What is Required
Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
Must live within the geographic area of the job posting
Proven experience in relationship-driven B2B sales (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or financial services)
Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
Two or more years of relevant B2B, fintech, or financial services sales experience
Familiarity with banking, POS, or merchant services industries
Skilled in pipeline management and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Atlas
