Responsibilities
Draft and edit client- and sales-facing materials including articles, white papers, emails, and social posts
Engage with business insurance stakeholders to gather inputs and translate them into marketing recommendations
Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
Create and update sales materials and playbooks to aid the sales team
Track campaign KPIs and provide performance summaries with recommendations for optimization
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business insurance/property and casualty
Strong execution skills to support and implement marketing plans effectively
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Comfortable in collecting and organizing data to support decision-making
Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience or familiarity with business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
