What to Expect

Draft and edit various client- and sales-facing materials including articles, white papers, emails, and presentations

Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders and translate inputs into marketing recommendations

Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with functional teams

Create and update sales materials and playbooks to support sales enablement

Track campaign KPIs and recommend optimizations based on performance data

What is Required (Qualifications)

2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on business insurance or property and casualty

Strong execution skills to implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively

Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Ability to collect and organize data to support decision-making

Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
