We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to join our team at Thesalonhype. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as a proactive attitude and the ability to multitask. As a Personal Assistant, you will work closely with the salon owner and assist with various administrative and personal tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the salon. Responsibilities
Manage the salon owner's schedule and appointments, including booking and confirming appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating meetings Act as the first point of contact for the salon owner, screening and prioritizing incoming calls and emails Keep track of important deadlines and follow up on pending tasks Handle all administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records Assist with social media management and marketing efforts Take on personal tasks, such as running errands, making reservations, and managing household duties Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation of the salon Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the salon in a professional manner Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work well under pressure A passion for the beauty and fashion industry is a plus Benefits
