Position: Personal Assistant Company Overview: Thesalonhype is a high-end salon that offers a wide range of beauty services to its exclusive clientele. Our salon is known for its luxurious atmosphere, exceptional customer service, and top-of-the-line products. We are dedicated to providing the best beauty experience for our clients and are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the owner's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements Screen and prioritize phone calls and emails, responding on behalf of the owner when necessary Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations Coordinate and manage special projects and events Act as a liaison between the owner and staff, clients, and vendors Assist with personal tasks such as errands, appointments, and household management Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Experience in the beauty or luxury industry is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits
