Robert Half’s marketing & creative client is looking for a Marketing Program Manager for a 6 – 12+ month contract in Boston. This is a hybrid, 40 hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing to work onsite in Boston 2 days per week (other office locations include Raleigh, NC and Nashville, TN). The Marketing Programs Manager will oversee campaign strategy and activation, driving brand growth, generating leads, and boosting sales opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns for business, product, and channel priorities
- Own campaign calendar, content needs, automation workflows, and event support
- Build demand and lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign delivery
- Manage project timelines and creative resources for high-quality execution
- Monitor campaign KPIs and optimize tactics for ROI
- Manage budgets and align spend with performance goals
- Report on program results and insights to refine future campaigns
- Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 3 - 5+ years B2B marketing, with integrated program management experience
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
- Skilled in segment and channel marketing, demand generation, and lead conversion tactics
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management in a matrix environment
- Experience across digital marketing channels
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Experience with Workfront or similar project management systems
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Detail-oriented
- Self-starter
