Technical Writer

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and technology sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Writer, you will be an integral part of the Training and Documentation Administration team, supporting organizational growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for creating clear and effective documentation that empowers teams and enhances learning experiences.

What\'s the Job?

Maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Manage documentation systems and support the learning management system (LMS).

Facilitate training sessions and maintain training records, materials, and forms.

Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on assigned documentation systems.

Extract, analyze, and visualize data to support decision-making processes.

What\'s Needed?

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.

At least 5 years of experience in technical documentation.

Minimum of 3 years of workforce development experience.

Proficiency with advanced documentation authoring software such as MadCap Flare or FrameMaker.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and managing SharePoint lists and libraries.
