
Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end paid marketing strategies to generate high-quality enterprise leads
Architect complex Google Ads campaigns targeting high-intent keywords while maintaining efficient Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Act as the primary liaison with external agency partners, setting KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring high-fidelity campaign execution
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to align paid messaging with product roadmaps and value propositions
Manage paid social campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta, ensuring seamless ad-to-landing page transitions
Implement and oversee programmatic advertising efforts to increase brand awareness and demand capture
Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance continuously, running experiments and testing new strategies
Track and manage annual media spend, providing accurate forecasts and adjusting investments based on performance and market signals
Deliver regular performance reports and insights to leadership, guiding strategic decisions and campaign improvements
Ensure all marketing activities comply with company policies and industry standards
