Job Opportunity: Employment Specialist / Recruiter
Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Express Employment Professionals - Seattle is seeking a dynamic and driven Employment Specialist / Recruiter to join our team. This is an internal position where you will play a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and working with job seekers to match them with employment opportunities. Responsibilities
Recruiting & Inside Sales: Identify companies with staffing needs and initiate cold calls.
Recruiting & Inside Sales: Meet with decision-makers to assess hiring needs and offer staffing solutions.
Recruiting & Inside Sales: Consult with job seekers on the value of partnering with Express.
Recruiting & Inside Sales: Document sales and recruiting activities daily.
Recruiting & Inside Sales: Conduct virtual and on-site interviews.
Recruiting & Inside Sales: Manage full-cycle recruiting, including onboarding activities.
Recruiting & Inside Sales: Maintain and audit employee records and electronic files.
Recruiting & Inside Sales: Assist with office administration tasks as needed.
Collaboration with Outside Sales Team: Communicate with the outside sales team to ensure alignment between sales and recruiting efforts.
Collaboration with Outside Sales Team: Demonstrate enthusiasm for new agreements and contribute to closing new clients.
Collaboration with Outside Sales Team: Provide regular updates on sales activity.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, HR, or staffing preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent listening skills and ability to ask relevant follow-up questions.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using HR systems.
Passionate about helping others and making a difference.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
