Mon-Thurs 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1?hour lunch) Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Pay:

Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting both internal and external customers. This position handles incoming calls, prepares customer quotes, expedites orders, resolves product or quality concerns, and provides exceptional service. Strong communication skills and solid computer proficiency are essential.

Primary Responsibilities Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, associates, and vendors via phone, email, fax, and in person Manage multiple tasks including quotes, customer requests, order updates, and internal support needs Accurately estimate pricing and prepare customer quotes Deliver "Legendary Customer Service" and actively support account growth Troubleshoot and resolve product quality issues, including credits or refunds when appropriate Work overtime when needed to support business demands Secondary Responsibilities

Order entry Filing and document organization Reception coverage Order support tasks Required Skills & Qualifications

Basic math and measurement skills Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel Strong
