What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Responsibilities
Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer's value Negotiate and close deals with small and medium-sized businesses Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned geographic territory
What is Required (Qualifications): Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment Outside B2B sales experience Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment that requires multi-tasking Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
