Schedule

Monday and Wednesday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Occasional Saturdays

Compensation Up to $34/hour, based on experience and qualifications

About the Role We are seeking a

results-driven, student-focused Admissions Representative

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education and skilled at guiding prospective students toward informed, life-changing academic decisions.

As an Admissions Representative, you will connect students with programs that support their goals while consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion, application completion, and enrollment success. This dynamic role requires communication skills, a positive attitude, and delivery of exceptional service in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit

Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process

Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance

Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-up

Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation

Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs

Qualifications

Education:

High School Diploma or GED

Associates' or higher degree preferred

Experience:

Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios

One or more years of admissions experience in a proprietary (for profit), post-secondary educational setting preferred

Skill set:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with Microsoft Office, willing to learn new systems

A positive, team-oriented approach and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
