7251 W McCarty St, Indianapolis, IN 46241 Monday–Thursday: Two days 9:00 AM–6:00 PM and two days 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Fridays: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturdays: One Saturday per month, unless otherwise specified or based on organizational needs Compensation
$23–$29 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors. Admissions Representative – Responsibilities
Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit Conduct outreach via phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings to guide applicants through the admissions process Meet enrollment goals by personal performance and KPI achievement Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-up Track application status and ensure completion of required documentation Assist with recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or GED; Associate’s or higher degree preferred Experience : Proven experience in sales or customer service with a track record of meeting KPIs (conversion rates, outreach goals, closing ratios); admissions experience in a proprietary post-secondary setting preferred Skills : Strong written and verbal communication; excellent time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn new systems; team-oriented with flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends What We Offer
