What to Expect
Manage and grow assigned accounts while seeking new vertical customers
Develop long-term relationships and partnerships with customers
Create a strategic account plan and maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce
Assess customer needs and generate proposals to promote products and services
Negotiate master service agreements (MSAs) and contracts with legal support
What is Required
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical sales, project management, or solutions-based technical selling
Ability to travel 25-50%
Valid driving license
How to Stand Out
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, estimating or proposal software)
Building Automation and/or HVAC Controls Sales experience
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
