What to Expect

Manage and grow assigned accounts while actively seeking new vertical customers

Develop long-term relationships and build partnerships with customers

Create strategic account plans and maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce to meet sales targets

Assess customer needs and generate timely proposals promoting products and services

Negotiate master service agreements (MSAs) and contracts with legal support

What is Required

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical sales, project management, or solutions-based technical selling

Ability to travel 25-50%

Valid driving license

Demonstrated strong understanding of data center urgency, challenges, and unique mission-critical requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, estimating or proposal software)

Background in Building Automation and/or HVAC Controls Sales

Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

Strong analytical skills and ability to influence key decision makers
