Manage and grow assigned accounts while pursuing new vertical customers
Develop long-term relationships and partnerships with key customers
Create strategic account plans and maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce
Assess customer needs and generate proposals for products and services
Negotiate master service agreements and contracts with legal department support
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center or mission-critical sales, project management, or solutions-based technical selling
Ability to travel 25-50%
Valid driving license
Strong understanding of data center urgency, challenges, and unique mission-critical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management
Background in Building Automation and/or HVAC Controls Sales
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
