Investment Performance Specialists support investment and portfolio teams by analyzing, monitoring, and reporting on the performance of funds and portfolios. The role combines quantitative analysis, data management, and performance reporting to provide actionable insights that inform investment decisions and optimize portfolio outcomes. These roles often involve close collaboration with portfolio managers, risk teams, operations, and finance to ensure accurate performance tracking, attribution, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Monitor fund and portfolio performance across multiple asset classes and strategies Conduct quantitative analysis of returns, performance attribution, and risk metrics Prepare performance dashboards, reports, and presentations for portfolio managers, investment committees, and investors Validate portfolio and fund data, ensuring accuracy and integrity of performance reporting Assist with P&L tracking, benchmark comparisons, and risk exposure reporting Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to enhance investment performance or reporting processes Collaborate with operations and technology teams to improve data flows and analytics systems Support ad-hoc analysis and requests for senior management or investors Preferred Qualifications
