Fund Performance Specialists support investment teams by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of investment funds and portfolios. The role combines quantitative analysis, performance benchmarking, and risk reporting to ensure accurate fund evaluation and informed investment decisions. These roles often involve close collaboration with portfolio managers, operations, accounting, and risk teams to provide insights that optimize fund performance and support strategic capital allocation. Key Responsibilities

Monitor fund and portfolio performance across multiple asset classes and strategies Conduct quantitative analysis of returns, risk metrics, and benchmarking relative to peers or indices Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders Collaborate with operations and accounting teams to validate fund data and ensure reporting accuracy Track portfolio attribution, fund-level P&L, and exposure metrics Identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities to enhance fund performance or reporting processes Support ad-hoc analysis and performance reporting requests for senior management or investors Assist in the implementation and maintenance of performance monitoring systems and tools Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field Strong understanding of investment funds, portfolio analysis, and performance metrics Experience or coursework in fund performance, portfolio management, or quantitative analysis (preferred but not required) Advanced analytical skills with attention to detail and proficiency in Excel Familiarity with performance reporting tools, Python, R, SQL, or VBA is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal and external reporting Strong interest in fund performance analysis, portfolio monitoring, and investment strategy About the Career Launch AI Talent Network
