Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.\nReview, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.\nOffer personalized financial services that fit customers’ lifestyles.\nEnter and maintain customer information with precision in the POS system.\nBuild new business by completing daily call campaigns.\nAssist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.\nPerform duties outside the office when applicable (e.g., on-site vehicle appraisals, store errands, external marketing); participate in in-store and community events.\nMaintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.\nFollow security protocols and opening/closing procedures, including vault and cash drawer management as needed.\nUphold compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.\nEngage in ongoing training and stay current on product and process changes.\nWork efficiently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks to meet performance standards.\nConduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.\nMaintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends; minimum 40 hours per week.\nStore hours and requirements may change; speak with your recruiter for current details.\nQualifications and Skills

A high school diploma or equivalent.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor.\nMeticulous attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately.\nProficiency with phones, POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.\nMust be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).\nValid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a personal vehicle (mileage compensated).\nBackground check required and conducted in accordance with applicable law.\nAbility to meet physical demands, including standing up to 90% of the time, lifting/moving up to 25 pounds, and operating mechanical controls (keyboard).\nPreferred Qualifications

What You'll Do:

Oversee all health and wellness services for residents

Ensure compliance with Assisted Living License regulations

Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and evaluations

Perform resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight

Coordinate with physicians, families, and case workers regarding care plans and changes

Be available for emergencies and staff support via phone/on-call

Maintain and update resident records, policies, procedures, and training manuals

Demonstrate flexibility and be willing to support daily floor operations as needed

What You'll Need:

Active RN or LVN license in the State of Texas

CPR Certification

5 years of leadership experience in an assisted living or memory care setting

Sensitivity and strong communication skills for working with residents and families

Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and evenings, along with stepping onto the floor to provide coverage and support when necessary.

Valid driver’s license
