About the Role
Maleda Tech is seeking a Senior Account Executive to support the expansion of a fast-growing hospitality technology platform focused on redefining how travelers discover and book high-quality hotels.
In this role, you will own partner acquisition across the Boston and Greater New England region, manage the full sales funnel, and build strong relationships with hotel operators and serviced apartment partners. You’ll play a key role in launching new markets, growing premium inventory, and driving measurable revenue impact in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Own regional sales performance and consistently exceed KPIs and growth targets
Prospect and engage new hotel partners through research, outreach, and networking
Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification through closing and onboarding
Present platform value propositions via phone, email, video meetings, and in-person engagement
Drive new market launches by coordinating lead generation and cross-functional execution
Build strong, long-term relationships with hospitality partners
Develop scalable strategies to maximize partner adoption and revenue growth
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and performance metrics
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
Background in hospitality, travel, SaaS, or marketplace platforms preferred
Proven ability to manage a full sales funnel and consistently meet revenue goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-changing environments
