Responsibilities

Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that aligns employees with company vision and culture

Draft and edit internal communications, including leadership messages and company announcements

Manage organic social media strategy to reflect brand voice and strategic priorities

Coordinate timing and messaging across internal and external communications

Monitor engagement metrics and refine strategies based on feedback

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field

5–8 years of experience in corporate communications or brand communications

Proven experience supporting executive and external communications in a B2B or technology environment

Strong background in managing organic social media for a brand or executive audience

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a technology-focused organization

Familiarity with measurement tools for social media engagement

Background in creating content for diverse audiences

Ability to manage sensitive communications effectively

Demonstrated experience in strategic planning for communications initiatives
