High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor’s Degree Valid driver’s license Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Exceptional customer service skills and commitment to positive experiences for insureds and claimants Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
