Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third‑party providers
Establish accurate scope of damages for building and contents losses
Provide timely and professional communication to customers and internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED and one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor’s Degree
Valid driver’s license
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to positive experiences
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic conflict resolution skills with a willingness to learn advanced techniques
