What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies and claim processes
Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision
Gather information from policyholders, claimants, and third-party providers
Evaluate relevant facts and determine coverage for building damages per policy terms
Maintain accurate records of claim activity in management systems
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED with one year of customer service experience OR Bachelor’s Degree
Valid driver's licence
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to a positive experience for insureds and claimants
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous internship or work experience in customer service or insurance
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic conflict resolution skills with a willingness to learn advanced techniques
