SALARY : $38.42–$46.92 per hour Schedule
SCHEDULE : Full-Time, Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours, Temporary, 3-4 months duration with possibility to extend. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain organized records for union grievances, monitoring deadlines and ensuring adherence to contractual and procedural requirements Support labor negotiations by documenting proceedings, preparing summaries, and maintaining accurate meeting records Gather, review, and analyze HR and labor relations data, producing concise reports to support leadership decision-making Interpret and apply HR policies, collective bargaining agreements, and regulatory requirements; contribute to updates and process improvements Conduct research related to employee relations and labor matters, providing informed recommendations and background support Assist with a range of HR consulting and administrative functions as needed to support department operations What We’re Looking For
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a closely related field, HR certification a plus. Experience:
3-5 years of relevant HR or labor relations experience Industry Experience:
Experience working in a public sector and/or unionized environment (required) Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software Physical Requirements
The position performs general office duties in a professional, temperature-controlled office environment. Requires prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and occasional standing or walking Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Statement
