Title:
Growth Analyst / Growth Operations Manager
Department:
Growth Marketing
Location:
Dallas / Remote
Term:
Full Time
COMPANY SUMMARY Divi is a scalp health company started in late 2021. The mission was born out of founder Dani Austin's own personal hair journey as she struggled to find brands and products that specifically addressed the root of hair loss and hair thinning. With several factors affecting each person’s hair health, Divi strives to pioneer what it means to have a healthy “scalp health routine.” Divi has grown extremely quickly, resonating in the marketplace with men and women at a variety of different stages in their hair journey. 2026 is an important growth year for the company with big ideas on the horizon and we are looking to grow our team to help!
JOB SUMMARY The Growth Analyst / Growth Operations Manager will own Divi’s marketing measurement infrastructure and experimentation strategy. This role is responsible for managing marketing mix modeling (MMM), incrementality testing, and cross-channel performance insights that directly inform budget allocation across Meta, Google, Amazon, and retail channels.
This person sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and operations — translating complex data into actionable growth decisions. The ideal candidate is highly quantitative, experimental by nature, and obsessed with understanding true incrementality and marginal returns.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
4–8 years experience in growth analytics, marketing science, or performance strategy
Strong experience with MMM, incrementality testing, and causal measurement frameworks
Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data modeling
Experience working with large marketing datasets across paid media channels
Deep understanding of paid media ecosystems (Meta, Google, Amazon, retail media)
Ability to design and manage structured experimentation roadmaps
Strong statistical reasoning and comfort interpreting test results
Familiarity with attribution models and measurement limitations
Experience building executive-ready reporting and insights
Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex findings simply
Self-starter mindset with strong ownership
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own marketing mix modeling and measurement framework
Design and manage incrementality testing calendar across channels
