JOB SUMMARY The Amazon Media Buyer will own and scale Divi’s paid advertising across Amazon platforms, including Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP. This role is responsible for campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and testing to drive efficient growth and maximize return on ad spend. This person will work closely with growth, creative, and operations teams to align advertising strategy with overall Amazon channel performance. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, performance-driven, and experienced in scaling Amazon advertising within a fast-growing DTC or CPG environment.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
3–6 years hands-on experience managing Amazon advertising accounts
Proven success scaling Sponsored Ads and/or Amazon DSP campaigns profitably
Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace ecosystem and ranking mechanics
Experience optimizing toward TACoS, ROAS, and contribution margin
Advanced analytical skills and comfort working with performance datasets
Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central reporting tools
Experience managing large monthly ad budgets
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for forecasting and performance analysis
Ability to translate data into structured optimization strategies
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Self-starter mindset with strong ownership
Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own end-to-end Amazon advertising strategy and execution
Plan, launch, and scale Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP campaigns
Optimize campaigns to maximize efficiency and incremental growth
Monitor pacing, budgets, and forecasting
Analyze keyword performance and bidding strategies
Partner with creative team on asset strategy for Amazon placements
Maintain reporting and deliver actionable performance insights
Identify scaling opportunities and emerging Amazon ad trends
Support product launches and seasonal promotional strategies
Collaborate with operations and marketplace teams to improve total channel performance
Continuously test and iterate to improve efficiency and visibility
