Responsibilities

Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in various industries

Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting and networking

Deliver value-based presentations to demonstrate how solutions can enhance business operations

Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities and close sales

Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities in CRM systems

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Valid driver's license and ability to spend at least 75% of the time in the field

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries

High energy, self-motivated, and competitive nature to exceed targets

Professional presence with a genuine ability to connect with business owners
