Real Estate Paralegal
to join the team. The role is
hybrid
and based 4 out of 5 days per week at their beautiful office in
Midtown, Manhattan . This firm treats their employees very well, and they offer

You have 2+ years of paralegal experience supporting corporate real estate financial matters, with deep knowledge of loan documentation You have a paralegal certificate, a related degree, or equivalent legal experience You are an active New York State Notary Public Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook What You’ll Do
Support real estate financings by coordinating closing materials and lender requests Manage post-closing loan administration, including compliance tracking and borrower obligations Prepare internal summaries related to mortgages and financing requirements Assist with lender approvals, consent requests, and property site visits Support leasing documentation such as leases, amendments, estoppels, and related agreements Maintain organized systems for executed contracts and legal records Handle entity compliance filings in New York, Delaware, and Washington, D.C. Draft NDAs and other routine legal documents Track materials, correspondence, and deadlines related to claims or disputes Review and process legal invoices for payment Coordinate signatures and notarize documents as needed What Success Looks Like
Financing and leasing processes run smoothly with accurate documentation Compliance deadlines and post-closing requirements are consistently met Legal records are well organized and easy to access Internal and external stakeholders receive timely, reliable support Salary Range:
$80,000 – 110,000 annually, based on experience Location:
