Position Overview The

Investor Engagement Manager

is responsible for managing relationships with investors, supporting capital raising initiatives, and enhancing investor experience across private market funds and investment vehicles. This role focuses on engagement, reporting, and communications with institutional and high-net-worth investors.

The position combines relationship management, market insight, and communication skills to maintain and grow investor confidence, support fundraising efforts, and provide strategic insights to the investment and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for investors, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries

Coordinate and support fundraising initiatives, investor meetings, and capital campaigns

Prepare and deliver investor communications, presentations, and reporting packages

Maintain accurate investor records, track commitments, and manage CRM or investor databases

Collaborate with investment, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless investor experience

Conduct market research and track trends impacting investor behavior and capital flows

Monitor and report on investor engagement metrics, feedback, and portfolio performance

Support regulatory and compliance reporting requirements related to investor communications

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Experience in investor relations, client management, or private markets

Strong relationship-building, presentation, and communication skills
