Our client is currently seeking a qualified
Mobility Asset Management Specialist
to join their team onsite in San Francisco, CA and provide end-user support. This resource will be tasked with maintaining the entire lifecycle of client corporate mobile assets. They will assist the team in the procurement, intake, deployment, and disposal of client mobile phones and tablets. Their primary role will involve providing logistical support for an upcoming mobile device deployment project. They will be assisting the team in asset intake, device preparation, and package shipping to ensure team's deliverables are met. The rest of the role will be maintaining the daily operational responsibilities that the Mobility team has. These responsibilities include new hire staging, break fix and troubleshooting cases, wireless number transfers, and working through other mobile device type incidents. Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills when remotely supporting users Effectively manage a queue of 50+ tickets while fulfilling other daily responsibilities Provision mobile devices for new hires and existing employees Responsible for dispatching replacement devices for internal users who have submitted requests for broken or faulty devices Possess a strong grasp of policy enforcement, while concurrently educating users to comply diligently with established policies Respond promptly to escalations for technical support via Slack and email Manage the wireless device inventory of client mobile provisioning lab Support team in device forecasting, auditing, recycling of used devices, and disposal preparation Provide training to users on the proper usage and configuration of their mobile devices with a positive attitude and empathy Frequently engage in collaborative efforts with support teams to identify and resolve problems and find effective solutions Troubleshoot hardware and cellular issues with mobile devices Tasked with the administration and maintenance of company's wireless carrier accounts Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 1 to 2+ years of experience in a related role, preferably provisioning while supporting a large organization Experience using various ticketing and queue management software platforms Experience supporting cellular data and wireless number accounts Experience working with ticketing platforms and queue management Previous inventory / asset management experience Experience working with wireless carriers preferred Must be comfortable both working collaboratively and independently Experience with mobile devices and their usage in a mid to large-size enterprise Wage Range
The rate for this position is between
$22.40 - $30.80 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
