As a Connectivity Sales Lead , you’ll guide a residential sales team bringing AT&T wireless and fibre solutions straight to Fremont neighborhoods. You’ll be setting the pace for sales, coaching reps in the field and making sure customers walk away confident. We are looking for a Connectivity Sales Lead who can inspire others while staying grounded in daily execution.

Wireless Account Lead Duties:

Represent AT&T with confidence and clarity

Conduct and oversee in-person signups to wireless and fibre programs

Engage residents at the doors as the primary AT&T connectivity contact

Coach a residential sales team to be competitive and focused on winning

Plan daily territory routes and competitive outreach strategy

Track KPIs and motivate reps toward desire to win benchmarks

Resolve escalated customer questions with strong communication

Partner with management on growth and market expansion
