Conduct customer-facing outreach at Fremont residences introducing AT&T fiber and wireless options
Guide residents through in-person signup processes, explaining AT&T connectivity benefits and next steps
Act as the main contact at the doors, answering questions with friendly and professional communication
Engage in D2D territory coverage while maintaining personal performance goals and competitive spirit
Provide immediate assistance after Connectivity Sales visits to ensure customers feel supported
Communicate service features clearly, helping Fremont households choose the right wireless plans
Address concerns and resolve basic issues in the field using performance-driven people skills
